The General Assembly is the opportunity to meet and reaffirm AVIAMA&#8217;s orientations regarding the mobilization of artists and international cooperation of decision makers around the puppet arts.<\/p>\n<p>Founded in 1989, the Saguenay International Festival of Marionette Arts (FIAMS) is a major biennial event for puppet theater for all ages, with a national and international reputation for the breadth and quality of its programming.
