Bambalina Teatre, the conscious puppet.
On this occasion, the exhibition that can be visited in the temporary exhibition hall of the TOPIC is “The conscious puppet”. Throughout its more than four decades of history, the Valencian company Bambalina Teatre Pracicable has developed an interdisciplinary scenic proposal based on the use of puppets and objects that we can enjoy in the exhibition.
Bambalina, in addition to legitimizing the puppet in the performing arts, seeks to distort the conventions that distinguish the public according to their age, presenting works that masterfully unite all listeners.
This exhibition is a summary of these 40 years of theatrical life, where puppets and stages of shows such as La cueva del gran Banús (1986), Aladino (1990), Retablo del Maese Pedro (1996) El Cryrano de Bergerac (1999), Pasionaria (2001), Carmen (2010), Petit Pierre (2013) or Hamlet (2019) can be seen.

Monday: Closed
The museum will be closed on Sunday afternoons (except from 21.06.2026 to 15.09.2026), on January 1 and 6; in Carnival from the 12th to the 18th of February, on June 20th and 24th for the San Juan festivities and on December 25. On December 24 and 31 in the afternoon.
Access to the theater will be closed 15 minutes after the start of the performance.
